Balancing the many different aspects of your life helps you build and maintain positive mental health. So here’s the challenge: We want to hear how YOU maintain balance in your life at UBC. For example:
- Do you go out of your way to eat healthily? How do you fit that into your busy day?
- Do you have some tricks to manage your time?
- Do you have a way that you have built a comprehensive social support system?
We encourage you to share your experience in hopes that your stories will aid others in their ability to thrive at UBC. You can share your story on your own blog, which we will promote, or students can share their story on the Healthy Minds Blog.
Blog submissions will accepted until: Thursday, October 13th, 2011
