Mental Health at UBC

Thrive is one component in UBC’s efforts to engage students, staff, and faculty in thoughtful reflection, dialogue, and actions that support our mental health. Building positive mental health is a year-round pursuit, and there are many initiatives, events, and services that support your wellbeing throughout the year.

In addition, students can visit UBC’s Wellness Centre at any time to get more information, tips, and resources for your wellbeing.

Staff and faculty are invited to explore the Workplace Wellbeing and Benefits website to find information, tips, and resources related to their wellbeing, or to reach out to the Health, Wellbeing and Benefits unit for more support.
